In the vein of those oh so sexy red soled pumps,
let’s discuss styles.
After learning of the Daffodile, my mind pondered on those and pointed toe stiletto’s…
I didn’t know any of the style names then, that’s how I referenced them.
I learned that there were several “styles” of pointed toe pumps.
However the more popular ones are the So Kate.
Even though they were AMAZING looking.
I also knew that this purchase should be considered more like an investment.
Following the “trend” wasn’t wise for me.
I knew that I wanted a color that could be worn as much as possible.
Just for giggles…What color was that do you think?…
Nine times out of ten, you can’t ever go wrong with a black dress shoe.
Now, the color is now settled, but we never selected the style.
Jeff and I studied even more to come across
They are $875.00 currently.
I actually paid that price back in 2014 when I purchased them.
According to the Christian Louboutin site, [The]…“Bianca” has it all.
This sleek silhouette is made up of a thick platform, 140mm stiletto heel,
and shallow, round toe- striking the perfect balance between sexy and sophisticated.
In black patent leather "Bianca" transitions seamlessly from daytime to evening.”
~Sizing and Extra Specs:
In heel wearer’s definition, this is a 100mm heel because of the 40mm platform.
My excitement GREW, from my experience platforms are more comfortable
and easier to wear than stilettoes…
Come through Bianca!!
I was able to try this style on at Sak’s at Tyson’s Corner.
The sales associate sold those babies.
I glided across that floor in a long mesh sundress.
Those pumps literally took my breath away.
They were so comfortable. I purchased a size 42.
Typically you’d just add 30 to your normal American shoe size.
However, the styles vary in regards to fit.
In the average retail American brand I am a solid 11.
But the 41’s did not fit the way, I liked. After multiple wears,
I’m so glad I went with the 42.
***FYI…This brand always measures the heel height in millimeters.
In this case the pump is a little over 5.5 inches.
These are in my top picks of comfort!
I could easily say with in the top three.
The round toe eases the pressure that toes have to bare.
The platform as mentioned; counters some of the heel height, yet,
while giving you the height that many desire.
It is an easy slide on and off pump.
I never took these to be stretched.
They automatically fit well, however, over time they have become more comfortable
as the shoe is genuine patent leather
and will mold to your foot.
By purchasing the pump a little larger,
there is room for gel inserts for added comfort.
I have worn these with and without pantyhose/tights.
They are more comfortable with pantyhose/tights.
They are church girl activity approved! By that I mean…
I have sang in full concert, album releases, ushered,
walked convocations, and pretty much, act as if they were sneakers.
The slightly thicker heel also is a big contributor to the comfort level.
If you’re asking me which Louboutin Style,
should be your first purchase as a pump…
Go with the Bianca.
They are also available in 120mm.
However, I only own the 140mm’s, I like the higher height.
That is another thing to keep in mind,
after selecting the desired style and leather(makes of material),
you are then able to select the heel height of comfort.

One down, a few more styles to go… We’ll meet again soon
Until next time…
