Who enjoys an item on sale? Or perhaps, I should ask, would you feel better purchasing an item at a discounted rate versus full priced?
In all, same question, just worded differently.
Right now many students are returning to school. But who says the “back to school” sales are for the children? Let me also add that many states have tax free weekends in preparation for “back to school.” I am encouraging you to take advantage of the sales and discounts offered.
Many retailers have begun the transition to Fall essentials, however there are a few lingering Summer items. This is where the savings really take affect! Due to limited space for stocking Summer items are being sold 60-85% off! This is the Buyer’s Market! Retailers want to rid themselves of the Summer item to showcase their new arrivals.
If you’re thinking… This season is almost over, why buy clothes now? My desire is that you’ll be here next year. That means Summer will return for you again! Buy the essentials such as shorts, tanks, flip flops, etc, and store them for the coming year.
There are a perks to this process:
-You save a good amount of money using end of the season sales
-Since your items are a season behind, seeing someone in the same look is not as likely.
While you’re out and those sandal your eye, walk closer to review the price. It could be a hidden gem just for you!!
Here are some of my recent finds:
Tory Burch Flats Originally $265.00
Women’s Nike Air Max Originally $99.99
Lastly, Jordan Eclipse GG Originally $110.00
These items were purchased during a Tax Free Weekend at the correlating outlet store for each retailer. Bucks can go a long way if you’re willing to pick up the previous season’s items.
Until next time,
