Now is the time…
Gyms are packed, parks and trails are fuller than normal,
somehow, one out of four conversations result back to health or
obtaining that Summer Body.
While daily we should all make efforts to reach optimal health,
may I suggest that you Drink Up??
Or might I say Bottoms Up!
The body absorbs nutrients more efficiently when in liquid form.
In comparison, to eating and waiting for the digestion process to complete.
In addition, to the amount of vitamins readily available from raw fruits and vegetables is BANANAS!!!
It is recommended to consume up to two cups of fruit daily and three cups of vegetables daily.
I like salads but I know that I do not eat them daily, honestly,
that is the only way that I am able reach the suggested amount.
That’s unfortunate this is the ideal season of fresh produce,
why not take advantage of it?
In my area there are many Farmer’s Markets,
I try to frequent them.
Especially during this time of the season.
I have a suggestion……..
Implement the power of the fresh smoothie!
Grab that blender and let’s get to it!
Just in case you’re not sure where to start,
round up two of your favorite fruits,
add one to two mild vegetables,
a liquid of choice(if you are feeling up to it yogurt),
possibly a few pieces of ice then blend.
Who needs Tropical Smoothie when you can create so many custom variations.
There are many recipes available.
How does this help your body and eventually your weight?
Smoothie combinations are packed with fiber and protein.
The fiber and protein fills the stomach making it satisfied quicker and longer.
As a result, you’ll be too satisfied to indulge the no so healthy options.
With my Blentec powered up, I wait for the nutritious start of my day.
Slim up by reducing your caloric intake by loading up with fresh fruits and veggies

Refresh your skin, to its natural glowing nature by indulging on this treat.
